NexionTown should be faster and easier NexionTown takes too long to use. It's cumbersome, and everyone wants answers now instead of clicking a lot of buttons and waiting for a response. It needs to be an app that doesn't have to be logged into each time, and can be checked and rechecked during the day on everyone's phones easily. Also, a feature that many like on FB groups is to search for topics easily (also on a mobile device). For example, if someone wants a transfer in Rome, they go to the group they want and search "Rome Transfer". Any previous posts about Rome Transfers will pop up.

Marketing Event July 2019 The event far exceeded my expectations. Where else could we have gone where we could have the breadth and quality of Travel Leaders, Nexion and Supplier experts help us create a plan that works for us! There were graphic design, creative writing, Public Affairs, Social Media, Web design, Agentmate, Event planning, Agent Profiler, and "Marketing 101" resources(and I've missed some) that gave us great help and support in fine tuning a plan that we are excited to deliver! Essentials was exactly what I needed Agent Essentials was exactly what I needed to jump into my new business. Everything I had learned, prior to attending, all started to come together. Essentials is informative, fun and encouraging. All of us left with more knowledge, confidence, and new friends. Now I KNOW I can do this!

Nexion Town I don't find Nexion Town super user-friendly. There should be an interface to allow us to click on a link to view and comment instantly from ALL devices including our phone. As a result, I understand that many had chosen to ignore as we just don't have the time to log in, find the post and engage! As well, there are way too many groups which at times are super confusing. All posts should include a hashtag to allow for easy search!

Groups coaching. First I was very surprised at the small group. Very intimate and as close to individual training one can get. Stuart was a good choice. Very midinating with innovative ideal and strategies. He also gave me a plan and check list; much better than theory and ideas, actual detailed help. My newness in the travel business may be obvious but everyone made me feel welcome and the exchange of ideas from sponsors and attendees was invaluable. I’m motivated to be more aggressive in finding and making groups a big part of my business.
