I asked for my refund to be processed… I asked for my refund to be processed January and it is now November and I have gotten the run around about why the money hasn't fully been paid back yet, that or I'm ignored.

I appreciated al the quick response… I appreciated the quick response from the team. We had a great trip! (I would recommend investigating Norwegian airlines before using them. I heard from many passengers how their flights were cancelled for unknown reasons and didn't get to fly out for a week! Norwegian is hard to contact (no ticketing staff in the airport).
