Worst experience Worst experience. Never use service of these travel agencies. Manage ur trip by urself. They take extra money from you and book you bad hotels. We are in medina now and this hotel nusk -al medina is a 2- star hotel and thy gave us as a 4- star hotel. This hotel is worst hotel nothing like 4- star. Travel agent charged me 250 dollars one night for this pathetic hotel. In real this hotel worh is 400 riyals per night. Worst hotel with no services at all.

Best Umrah booking experience This was my first time using Umrah International. Booking was really smooth. Dua was very helpful. She made sure everything was booked perfectly. She would even answer my calls and text even after business hours. Their price was great and the hotels and flight I got were very good. Will definitely us them again. If you haven’t use them, I would definitely recommend them and ask for Dua. She will definitely take care of you really good

Umrah international is definitely the… Umrah international is definitely the recommended company for booking umrah journey! Dua helped us a lot she guided us promptly the right way for the first time and communication with her anytime is great. We got hassle free visas,The drivers for ziyarat came on time,we really enjoyed all of the ziyarat trips, the hotels were nice and they were close. We managed our bookings for riaz ul Jannah also got zam zam easily. We highly highly recommend umrah international, Definitely will use again.

First of many experiences with Umrah… First of many experiences with Umrah International. Everything was smooth from start to finish. As an elderly couple this was priceless for us. Even when we were in Saudi, their communication was great. One of their employees, Dua, was especially helpful to us for answering all of our questions/concerns before and during the trip. Would highly recommend and use the service again in th editore.

Promised a WhatsApp group and Zoom meeting for all to go over the trip did NOTHING,,,once the money transferred hands they conveniently forget that they have a responsibility….
