Worst experience Worst experience. Never use service of these travel agencies. Manage ur trip by urself. They take extra money from you and book you bad hotels. We are in medina now and this hotel nusk -al medina is a 2- star hotel and thy gave us as a 4- star hotel. This hotel is worst hotel nothing like 4- star. Travel agent charged me 250 dollars one night for this pathetic hotel. In real this hotel worh is 400 riyals per night. Worst hotel with no services at all.

Great experience Alhamdulillah. It was indeed a great experience. The guidance, support and cares are well given. It was actually a dream come true. I didn't regret every bit of the time well spent in Madina to Makkah. The hotels were all top notch and closer to the two holy masjid. Thank you. May Allah bless Umrah International and may He allows us to visit Makkah and Madina again and again. Aameen..

Promised a WhatsApp group and Zoom meeting for all to go over the trip did NOTHING,,,once the money transferred hands they conveniently forget that they have a responsibility…. My friends are guiding me,,, not UI.., don’t sign up with them if possible.,, their five star reviews have to be their own friends and families btw!

Hotel locations in particular were ideal. The whole team was remarkable, especially sister dua, Fahad and Mairaj were great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. Istanbul Turkey to Mecca I would like to thank Sister Dua for her patience, she was very helpful, she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable with your agency. The trip began by catching the flight. We received our passport and flight information a week or more in advance. When we arrived at our destination, transferred transportation showed up within minutes to take us to our hotel. The tour guides were absolutely fabulous. Your company service was great from beginning to the end. Thanks.
