We had a few little hiccups but nothing major that had any impact on our trip. We had immediate response to any issues or questions in addition to follow up on the outcome. I won’t hesitate to use them again to use them again for another trip. They booked excursions for us that gave us a terrific experience of Greece.

Great team and an enjoyable trip! The team - Amanda, Wendy, Alberto and Sam have done a great job supporting our 2-week vacation visiting Switzerland and Italy. They are very responsive to our inquiries and always do their best to accommodate last min changes e.g arranged last min transfer from Lugano instead Como when our train schedule got changed by the train company. All the tours arranged for us are of good quality, very friendly and courteous staffs. We enjoyed our trip and had lots of fond memories! Thank you so much!!
