Experienced independent traveler but first time using a tour My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. There were a couple of minor hiccups but our tour’s staff members, Hannah, Barbara, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, Sam were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were super responsive via WhatsApp. I thought our itinerary was very reasonable. We mostly travel independently but the travel logistics were all pre-arranged for us. Thanks again for the top-notch customer service.

Italy We just got back from an incredible vacation in Italy. We traveled to 4 cities via train and had tours and great experiences the entire way. All of the hotels were fabulous with great locations and beautiful accommodations. The tours were perfect. The team from Wanderful Holidays communicated with us every day to make sure we knew where to go and that everything was going well. Very good organisation and availability & perfect guide We had a private trip (as a family) through South Africa with many different stops. Our guide was great, he told us a lot about the country, the politics, the challenges and of course the sights. We were unlucky at a hotel in Cape Town, but this was then rebooked (unfortunately this involved additional costs). The agents team was directly available and took great care of us and our problem. Everything was well organized in advance, all the tickets were there and our guide took great care of us.
