Experienced independent traveler but first time using a tour My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. There were a couple of minor hiccups but our tour’s staff members, Hannah, Barbara, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, Sam were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with.
