We had a few little hiccups but nothing major that had any impact on our trip. We had immediate response to any issues or questions in addition to follow up on the outcome. I won’t hesitate to use them again to use them again for another trip. They booked excursions for us that gave us a terrific experience of Greece.

This was our (mother, daughter, best friend) first time in Italy and their tour captured all the highlights of Rome, Florence and Venice. The transfers, hotels, trains and city tours were AMAZING! I was unhappy with one of the hotels that I checked into at night, but the team got me booked into another hotel the next morning. Their quick problem solving was very much appreciated. A short while before my trip, I had requested to add on another country. The team advised me as to what would be the best option and when to add in the additional tour and sorted this out for me without any hassle.
