Great team and an enjoyable trip! The team - Amanda, Wendy, Alberto and Sam have done a great job supporting our 2-week vacation visiting Switzerland and Italy. They are very responsive to our inquiries and always do their best to accommodate last min changes e.g arranged last min transfer from Lugano instead Como when our train schedule got changed by the train company. All the tours arranged for us are of good quality, very friendly and courteous staffs. We enjoyed our trip and had lots of fond memories! Thank you so much!!

Our trip was a vacation of a lifetime Our trip was a vacation of a lifetime. It was so nice to have everything taken care of for us. We had a few little hiccups but nothing major that had any impact on our trip. We had immediate response to any issues or questions in addition to follow up on the outcome. I won’t hesitate to use them again to use them again for another trip. They booked excursions for us that gave us a terrific experience of Greece.

Experienced independent traveler but first time using a tour My 10-year-old son and I just came back from Rome-Florence-Venice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first time in Italy and first time using a tour. There were a couple of minor hiccups but our tour’s staff members, Hannah, Barbara, Rose, Wendy, Alberto, Sam were extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. They were super responsive via WhatsApp. I thought our itinerary was very reasonable. We mostly travel independently but the travel logistics were all pre-arranged for us. Great Team The team really helped in making everything run smoothly. Thank you so much to Hannah, Lily, Rose, Wendy, Alberto and Sam for all that you did. I was unhappy with one of the hotels that I checked into at night, but the team got me booked into another hotel the next morning. Their quick problem solving was very much appreciated. A short while before my trip, I had requested to add on another country. The team advised me as to what would be the best option and when to add in the additional tour and sorted this out for me without any hassle.

Wendy and her team did a wonderful job… Wendy and her team did a wonderful job planning our trip! We took a 10-day trip throughout Central Europe: Budapest, Vienna, and Prague. Each city was unique and beautiful! The excursions for each city were well thought out and every transfer was very reliable. The highlight of our trip was a convertible vintage car ride in Prague where we saw the city sites and were provided commentary by the driver. This is something we would not have planned ourselves: pretty special experience! Each hotel was in a good location and outstanding breakfast buffets were included at all hotels. Most impressive was that Wendy and her team checked in on us each and every day and confirmed each tour and transfer in advance each day. This was a fantastic trip that we will remember for a long time! Thank you again Wendy and team!
