So many good memories! I had tons of fun! The itinerary was well planned and we stuck to it. Organization was very good too. My friends and I made lots of good memories and took tons of pictures too. Overall a great planned trip! Loved it!

We really appreciated all the attention… We really appreciated all the attention to details for such a large group. Since David has reviewed you as well, the only item I would mention was that the upper room in the HoffBrau (spelling?) for Octoberfest was rather marginal. I think we sat for an hour and a half before we got anything and the fact that if you wanted a Dunkel beer you had to get a HUGE one but if you ordered something else you got a smaller one/choice. I said small Dunkel and got too much. When we finally received our meal it wasn't even what was promised, noodles and no veggies! Rest was awesome! Thanks!

Highly recommend Reformation Tours We would highly recommend Reformation Tours. From beginning to end, they did an excellent job for us. We were with a group from our church, and everything was so well-planned. We had a wonderful guide! Many thanks to Rowena and staff for such a pleasant holiday!

We had excellent tour guide and bus… We had excellent tour guide and bus driver. Also enjoyed the additional tour guides. Appreciated all the information that helped us get ready for the tour and the packing and travel tips. Big thank you to Don for all our prep sessions and being a resource during the tour. Would have liked more time in Sallzburg and Rothenburg. Hotel accommodations and breakfast meals met or exceeded our expectations. Would recommend some other dinner options if one did not want to do a group meal. Add to the recommended items to bring - a wash cloth.

Luther Reformation and Bavarian Tour A distinction should be drawn between the administrative people at Reformation Tours and those who were directly involved on the tour (the tour guide and hosts). We were quite pleased with the process of booking the tour. It was very efficiently and professionally done. We were less pleased with the actual tour itself. The tour director had a difficult time in accommodating the needs of those in the group and on occasion was quite curt. Some room accommodations were below expectations. Also, on some occasions misinformation was provided concerning tourist questions. Perhaps the most serious criticism would be the lack of providing time for a lunch meal on the day in Salzburg in which we went for as much as 10 hours without food. While there were apologies for this there was no accommodation to correct the situation, only that we could purchase beverages from the bus driver, adding insult to injury. Several folks commented that "what if one of us was diabetic?"
