One of the best rideshare/airport service in the Bay Area. Customer service is the key long before getting the ride. Easy user friendly on time service constant contact from the driver to let you know when he/she will arrive is a classless touch. Well worth the value and more.

Easy, Simple Driver arrived earlier than designated time which is nice. Calm and didn't force conversations. Didn't ask for extra tips which is also neat.

*4 stars - Highly recommend Socialdrv is well priced and has an EZ to use booking app. Details via e-mail of your pick up reassuringly includes driver photo, contact ph#, description of car and lic#. So far, I've only used the service once but when I had questions and emailed Socialdrv, I received immediate responses. The reason I held back on giving 5 stars was that my very nice driver was 20 min late; I had to call her initially. Driver sincerely apologized, explained that she was delayed in traffic. Luckily, I had allowed extra time for traffic and the delay didn't affect my check-in. But drivers need to give themselves extra time for unforeseen delays while customers never like to be kept waiting. Otherwise, the ride was good in a clean & comfortable car. The ease of using the service was also good so I will use Socialdrv again the next time I need a ride to SFO.

Good, No nonsense service ! The taxi arrived on time, with a bunch of proactive follow ups. The little details were taken care like the car seat and the space of huge number of bags. Really liked the pic of the taxi along with the driver and the phone details sent in advance, so that I know what I am expecting. Just one crib. The quote said a figure which was very competitive (inclusive of all gratuity), but the final price was 10% more than the quote and I dint a justification for that.

Great service, good price Amazing experience! The cab was on time, the price reasonable. Is really useful especially if you travel in a big group. However, even with two people Socialdrv was worth it.
