Excellent Service Stephen was extremely responsive for all of the questions, calls and emails I had regarding planning our (first ever) cruise. As a first timer, I had A LOT of questions to sort through. With his background, he was able to help us narrow down the hundreds of choices and to navigate all the options to find a suitable cruise that our family loved. We also received good value for the pricing. His firm also helps with airfare and hotels (optional and no pressure if he quotes and you decide to do it yourself). I did book a hotel in Buenos Aires for another trip and Stephen was able to provide extra perks such as free breakfast and a late checkout.
