Our experience was excellent Our experience was excellent. Stephen was very responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us pick a place to go when all we knew was that we wanted warm weather. He's been all over the Caribbean and Mexico and we knew his recommendations were based on personal experience. Our hotel gave us an upgrade to a fabulous room with the best view in the building.
