I love Expresso parking I love Expresso parking. They're always professional & everyone is very courtesy. Also, it's too cute to see little blueberry muffins, hot water and coffee on standby, every time I come in to catch their airport shuttle! Its little details like that, that I appreciate!

Expresso is very convenient Expresso is very convenient. We enjoy flying out of Oakland and do not have public transportation options from where we live. We use inside valet parking - this assures us the car is in still clean when we return and there is nothing like having your car right there when the bus brings you back from the airport. Travel is exhausting so to come home to the car right there just makes the end of the trip more pleasurable.

Our Go-to parking spot for OAK travel The location and service are great. The self service Indoor parking spots are very tight and should be slightly more angled to allow easier entry and exit. The walkway from Indoor parking to main shuttle location should be better marked and an indoor transition to avoid weather would be nice.

I parked my brand new Toyota Venza for… I parked my brand new Toyota Venza for three nights and when I came back to get the car I found that the Catalytic Converter stollen. I called the office and they told my to fill out application and the representative hung up on my face. Parking your vehicle there will have a high risk to have some parts stollen from the car. No supervision and zero customer service.

Very easy to use even at 4am Very easy to use even at 4am. Used the Indoor self-park. Exiting can be little confusing even though there is signage, but once at the gate just scan you reservation print out like you did to get in.
