Thankful for your efficient and cheerful service! We were very impressed with the service and personalized attention given us and other patrons, especially during the current coronavirus crisis. Upon arriving at the nearly desolate airport during a “shelter-in-place” order which has closed all but essential businesses, we didn’t know if we would be able to retrieve our car from the lot. To our surprise and delight, Expresso was not only open but functioning normally! Thank you so very much!

Good decision I was very glad that I parked in the covered parking because a) I did not have to hunt much for my car, and b) it had started raining, so I did not have to get wet while getting my belongings into my car to go home. I was able to stay dry and not get frustrated with the rain.

Options and Fees = $5? The service was excellent; timely and helpful. I did notice a $5 "Options and Fees" added to my invoice. I have no idea what this is for. I requested no options (didn't even take a coffee and muffin), and quite frankly, the entire parking cost is a "fee". This looks like raising the price without raising the rate. I have no problem paying this fee, but it will come out of the driver's tips.
