I just booked my round trip flight between Hilo and Long Beach with an amazing agent named Vivian and I can't begin to tell you how profesional, helpful, supportive, friendly, patient, and friendly he was through it! Honestly, this was legendary level customer service, above and beyond for sure. I hope to book all future flights through him. This flight replaces a flight that was booked to leave on December 13th 2023 but I had an accident on the 12th and couldn't go.
