Professional, seamless experience Excellent support when I called regarding tickets. Seats were as expected and the up grade to being closer to the finish line was wonderful. As a first time visitor to the Derby it would have been helpful to know that the seats in the clubhouse box, although numbered on the tickets, are not "assigned" in the actual box, so it was first come first seated, with no regard for the seat numbers on the ticket. We had such a great time we plan on going again next year and especially liked our Derby Day seats and will be booking again with Derby Box. We had a fabulous time even though it rained practically the entire time on Saturday. Thank you for making our arrangements so seamless.

Got our Tickets for 2019 Kentucky Oaks… Got our Tickets for 2019 Kentucky Oaks and they were exactly what they said they would be and we were pleased with service and delivery. The particular box was described as having a betting terminal, but be aware you have to have a PIN and account to be able to use it. Probably best to set it up ahead of time.

A Bad Call The experience of attending the Derby was great! Race 12 not so much, Churchill Downs must be struggling financially. Payout for race 12 was just over $500k when Maximum Security was disqualified. Because of that call Churchill Downs was able to pocket $8.5 million based on the disqualification. As a first time attendant, I can only hope that attendance to future Derby’s is significant lower as a result of Saturday’s outcome. I will never return to a horse race event. Louis Nowell
