Mr Jeff Lewis was very helpful… Mr Jeff Lewis was very helpful considerate and nice. very professional. reassured and made me comfortable with knowing I will receive the information needed for my flight. and was told to call back if I had any problems. this was a great experience being that it was my first time booking a flight. not as difficult as I thought it would be. now I'm just waiting for tickets in my email.

I was initially a little nervous about… I was initially a little nervous about booking an emergency flight for my wife. Once Russell came on the line and started giving me flights for reasonable rates, I was impressed. Russell even called me back because he found another flight in the time frame. We were not exactly ready at the time to purchase, but once we were, we called back and asked for Russell, who gave us the flights we wanted.
