I’m satisfied I’m dissatisfied with the incompetence of the website not user friendly at all! Customer service doesn’t respond and you can’t fill out the forum request bc there are no options to select. I’ve been using this company for years and this will be my last

This is a wonderful service and saved… This is a wonderful service and saved me so much in airport parking fees! I did end up spending $40 on a cab to return to my vehicle because I didn’t want to wait for the shuttle - but that was my choice. It made it easier to make that decision knowing how much money this service saved me!

We have used this service many times… We have used this service many times for our trips at the Nashville airport. Everything runs very smoothly from making the reservation online to the registration desk at the hotel and the shuttle. We have been very happy with our experiences.

It was good I appreciate the services being offered at multiple airports. The few times I have used Cheappakfly, the drivers have been prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. The web site is ok. It initally did not take my final purchase, when I thought it did. I had to come back to the site and redo; this may have been my fault. I dont know.

What a great service! We have used this service many times in the past year since finding it and our experience has been great every time. Online reservation is very user friendly. Our flight was cancelled once at the last minute to Chicago and no flights were going into Chicago that day or the next due to a fire in the control tower. Cheapparkfly gave us a refund immediately. We use the Radisson Hotel location in Nashville and they couldn't be nicer. Shuttle drivers are so friendly and helpful and we have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken to the airport or picked up when we return. Can't say enough good things about Cheapparkfly!
