He checked back with me throughout the ticketing process. He went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I would both be comfortable on our long flights. It remains to be seen - but thank you, Tyler I hope I can change this to 5 stars once I take the trip and find that the flights I purchased went smoothly. Tyler was helpful and responsive. He did work with me all the way through the process. But I was hoping he would get me a better, more direct itinerary. The price ending up being more than I anticipated; yet, it was still a discount from the cost of booking through the airlines. Fingers crossed there are no glitches.
