Great experience with Marc Hopkins. Worked with Marc Hopkins to book our tickets. Marc was excellent in helping find the tickets we wanted and fixing errors we had made in booking. The only thing is that the Flyer-Club price was not much cheaper than what we could get using Priceline.

Owen the first rate booking agent … Owen went far beyond the call of duty to make the perfect travel arrangements for our family reunion trip so we can all be together again. Owen was so patient, thorough, dedicated, helpful and supportive throughout the very complicated booking process and successfully arranged the ideal booking and flights for us. A+ service!

Called me at 3.30am in the morning to discuss travel plans I had Marc call me at 3.30am in the morning frightening my whole household, then texting straight after to ask if I was up to discussing flights!!! Any professional travel agent would check the country code of the number and research a decent time to call! Also referring to the initial inquiry which was submitted days before the call to see country of departure and put one and one together and arrange a respectful time to call. I couldn't go back to sleep, and had to go to work with back to back meetings. My whole family woke up frightened especially after hearing a text come through right after the call, thinking it was an emergency. Very poor form from a travel company who can't event get time zones right.

Our Four Generation Trip to Scotland Charlesman helped me purchase two business class tickets for my daughter and myself, three adult coach tickets and three children's tickets for a four generations visit to Scotland, where my grandfather was from. He also is providing two hotel rooms for our 7+ hour layover in Canada, which will be great, especially for those traveling coach. He was responsive and listened to my issues carefully.

Only the Best Mark is an excellent asset to Flyer Club. My husband and I give him booking challenges to remote places in the world, and he has never disappointed. He's our only to go person we trust. Jean Jorgenson
