Excellent service at a superb price! Edward worked hard in finding the right booking for me. I am extremely picky about flight times and non stop flights, and good seats. Edward was patient, spent a lot of time and effort to find the perfect flights at an amazing price. He listened, worked hard and delivered a great deal. I was extremely impressed with his tenacity and focus to delver the best possible deal.

It remains to be seen - but thank you, Tyler I hope I can change this to 5 stars once I take the trip and find that the flights I purchased went smoothly. Tyler was helpful and responsive. He did work with me all the way through the process. But I was hoping he would get me a better, more direct itinerary. The price ending up being more than I anticipated; yet, it was still a discount from the cost of booking through the airlines. Fingers crossed there are no glitches.

Great experience with Marc Hopkins. Worked with Marc Hopkins to book our tickets. Marc was excellent in helping find the tickets we wanted and fixing errors we had made in booking. The only thing is that the Flyer-Club price was not much cheaper than what we could get using Priceline.

Our Four Generation Trip to Scotland Charlesman helped me purchase two business class tickets for my daughter and myself, three adult coach tickets and three children's tickets for a four generations visit to Scotland, where my grandfather was from. He also is providing two hotel rooms for our 7+ hour layover in Canada, which will be great, especially for those traveling coach. He was responsive and listened to my issues carefully.
