It was great but there was a little mishap. We book through Gill travels a lot, and we fully trust it as we can easily go in person and pay instead of doing it online. But the no-toll website went international and we obviously weren't aware there was an office in India too. Because of that and the pressure of paying online we thought it was a scam but after a call they sorted out that matter professionally and efficiently and we made the payment in person the next day with really good ticketing pricing. I would highly recommend to book through this company.

When i took the assistance of gill travels even when it was a non working day, they made sure my booking was done by their customer service. Indeed that was the best and most genuine customer service I have ever dealt with. I generally refuse filling the feed back forms but this one is really worth it. Adding on i got the best deal and even more cheaper rates that were showed to me while browsing.
