Great customer service from the Gill… Great customer service from the Gill Travels location in US ! Deepinder helped with getting back an airline tickets refunded for a cancelled trip right at the start of the pandemic period. She is very courteous and professional in her attitude!

It was my first time dealing with this… It was my first time dealing with this company, we heard about them over the radio. I had a very bad experience. One of your woking staff members, Priti, told us a very good price for a ticket that we could afford. She told us she could hold that ticket for us until we make a final decision but when we could her to tell her to book it, she refused and said the tickets are sold out. How can the tickets be sold out just in 20-25 mins of asking to hold the ticket? This is really ridiculous. I doubt that she probably sold the ticket for a higher price to someone else. This is so unprofessional of her. I recommended everybody to not deal with them.
