GBWe have used Lutetia Travel multiple… We have used Lutetia Travel multiple times - Ligia is amazing! She is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and always very professional. She has multiple years of experience which has been very helpful as we’ve had to navigate through tougher travel laws and customs, especially for our trips to Europe. We will never use anyone else for traveling and sincerely hope Ligia never retires! Thanks, Ligia!

GBLigia is somebody you can depend on I have booked flights to Eastern Europe with Ligia for literally 20 years. Too many to count. She was the best in 2003, and is still the best in 2023. She knows her customers by name and loves to create long lasting personal relationships. If anything were to happen, she was always right there to take care of it. Thanks for making all my trips run smooth. XOXO

GBTrip to Romania. Dear Friends We are happy to report that our travel agent, Ms. Ligia Cheron, has done the same excellent job in writing our tickets to Europe, like in the last 15 years. Now, She has chosen the best sequence of airplanes available at this time: Da[[as - Frnakfurt -Wien -Iasi. No airplane was canceled, no arrival was late, we did not lose any luckage. We hope to get her work for us also in the future,

GBExceptional service! Ligia is the best! We have used Ligia for 20 years for complex booking for our European trips. We are a family of 5 , with different travel needs, partially overlapping. Ligia's service has always been outstanding! Not only she manages to book our flights with optimal layover, but she provides support for any needs that may arise. When my flight was delayed and connecting flight was lost, I called Ligia and she gave me specific instructions on what flight to rebook. Like that, I was way ahead of the rest of passengers and already rebooked by the time I landed. Having exceptional support gives us peace of mind especially with airlines being chaotic and with poor customer service. Her knowledge and planning skills made our trips to Italy and Spain incredibly smooth!
