Alfonso (a local guide near Barcelona, Spain) is so knowledgeable about Barcelona, he truly helped me improve our plans for our trip to his beautiful city later this year. Puglia, Go Ask a Local and Paola - OUTSTANDINGng "Go Ask a… This was my first time using "Go Ask a Local ", and if all the "locals" that are a part of this group are as good as Paolo, then I am going to be thrilled that I found this service. Paolo was outstanding. He was friendly and had a good sense of humour, he is very knowledgeable about his area of expertise, he was good with me recording our zoom session so I could refer back and right after our call, he sent me links to all the places we talked about, and links to interactive maps he has created. This info, even without the pleasure of a 1 hour zoom call with Paolo, was worth the fee. If you are going to be in Puglia, then I strongly suggest that you start your planning by spending an hour with Paolo on a Zoom call. It will be the best $125 you spent on your adventure.

Great Iceland Info! Andres was terrific in providing comprehensive information about our upcoming trip to Iceland. He made great suggestions about a couple of changes in accommodations that we had scheduled, and had numerous ideas for hikes, special day trips, and a variety of other stuff that we wouldn't have found in a guide book. Super helpful! And a very nice guy.
