Buyer Beware Buyer Beware! Very deceptive company. I booked a tour in US dollars and canceled it. I did not get 100% refund as guaranteed. They said it is based on the exchange rate so I did not get a 100% refund. I lost money. So when it states 100% refund guaranteed it should be 100% refund no matter what currency you pay with.

Fat tire took our money without providing a service We booked our tour on April 9th 2019 for a tour on April 19th 2019. We received a email with our receipt and this email stated this was only our receipt and this did not and was not a confirmation of our tour. We NEVER received a confirmation nor did we receive any information about where to meet for our tour. You took our money without providing a service. We'll make sure we tell everyone about your lousy service.

Best bike tour Our travel agent booked us a tour with Fat Tire to Giverny to visit Monet’s home and garden. Dave (aka handsome Dave) and OJ (aka Turkish Delight) were just the most amazing guides. The all day tour feels more like 2 hours. They were informative, accommodating and just very friendly and humorous overall. So far, the tour and the two of them have been the highlight of our trip!

It was certainly easy to choose a tour… It was certainly easy to choose a tour that I am interested in. I am looking forward to our tour of Versailles. Our tour guide Jack Our tour guide, Jack, was great at explaining the history of France during our tour. Great for families. He kept everyone interested. Highly recommend taking this tour of Versailles. Easier to bike than walk around the grounds.
