Good experience, but they need more shuttles around the clock I had a good experience with SkyPark. Their fast checkout if you are an express club member is pretty convenient. I just think that they need to have more shuttles going around picking people up from the airport. I think I waited around a good 20 minutes before a shuttle stopped by, while I saw several other competitor parking shuttles pass by.

I can honestly say that I have never… I can honestly say that I have never been disappointed with Skypark. I have parked with them for nearly four years now, and have always been picked up and delivered to the airport promptly, my car has always been waiting for me upon my return, and I have never had an issue with even minor damage.

I easily make a reservation online and I easily make a reservation online and when I pull in it takes 2 seconds to register. There is always someone there to put you bags on the bus and enough time to grab one of the complimentary coffee and doughnut. When we come back the bus shows up in minutes after our call to the office and our car is in front with all the completed paperwork. What else can you ask for?

Great service with reservation suggestions Great service. OK, we also love the doughnuts in the morning, but the service has been great. My only suggestion as a long time user is that the on-line reservation more clearly allow us to choose in-door vs out-door reservations. Outdoor seems to be the automatic choice, when I prefer indoor. Thanks for the consideration. PS: the car wash -- interior and exterior-- on our last visit was great.
