Previous reviews are obviously FAKE Previous reviews are obviously FAKE. This is a SCAM. You have to PAY to REGISTER your Free TRIP and then have to pay additional fees per room type and Fri/Sat night stay require additional fees of $95/night. The hotels offered are bottom of the rung hotels and are by no means luxury places. Very few to choose from and many blocked out dates. For me there were 4 months of Hawaii not available. You can probably book the same trip on any public site for the same amount or less than these people are scamming you into. There is NOTHING free about this. DO NOT BELIEVE their lies and fake reviews. The videos you see of people bragging about their trip are offered additional free trips if they make those videos.

Redeem Vacations is a scam Redeem Vacations is a scam. first off I had a voucher for a complimentary vacation to Lake Tahoe however" the calendar only shows available dates for the winter, which didn't work for me. When I contacted redeem vacations to cancel the voucher, I was told the reservation voucher for taxes and fees are non-refundable. They tried to offer me a different destination , I specifically told them I wasn't interested in any other properties or destinations and that I want a refund, these people are scammers. They don't have a customer service number you have to chat with a agent not good for business

Scam Scam, Scam, Scam. Won a so-called vacation from a business conference I attended. First red flag after paying taxes 1) No contact phone number 2) only customer service is through chat 3)Constantly ran in circles regarding not being able to complete the reservation for more than 4 hours (that was divine protection) 4) Can't get answers from anyone 5) asked for someone to call me, via chat, via email, etc... Was given total runaround and told their "system is being updated" ... for 4 hours now Just RUN! RUN! RUN! PLEASE RUN! THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I loved everything about Redeem… I loved everything about Redeem Vacations! From the option of hotels and availability to the ease of booking my trip. There were no hidden fees or motives. Once I arrived at the hotel all I had to do was show ID and I was all set. It was that simple! I’d definitely recommend to family and friends. And I’d book again and again!
