Turns out it that by using this service, we were forced to take a well deserved break which we thoroughly enjoyed! Once I got it booked, we started planning our trip and had a great experience overall with this service.

It is close to everything to do here in Branson and I’ve been having courtesy text messages every morning, to make sure everything is going okay with my stay. I give Redeem Vacations five stars!

GREAT EXPERIENCE AT RIO HOTEL AND RESORT For starters the whole process from bookings the room to the check ins before i even left were great with making me feel comfortable. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. New linen everyday to great amenities!! I'm hoping I can redeem another trip with you guys soo.I'm definitely spreading the word!

Scam Scam, Scam, Scam. Won a so-called vacation from a business conference I attended. First red flag after paying taxes 1) No contact phone number 2) only customer service is through chat 3)Constantly ran in circles regarding not being able to complete the reservation for more than 4 hours (that was divine protection) 4) Can't get answers from anyone 5) asked for someone to call me, via chat, via email, etc... Was given total runaround and told their "system is being updated" ... for 4 hours now Just RUN! RUN! RUN! PLEASE RUN! THEY ARE SCAMMERS
