Their confirmation does not actually confirm anything. They want cancelation fees for flights that cant be booked at rates agreed to in our confirmation email from them. Then the high pressure calls start, pretending to be industry experts and making guarantees that anyone who knows how plane fares frequently change know are false. They wont return your money. Brace for a long battle even though you did nothing wrong.
