I learned this Monday (11/14/2022) I learned this Monday (11/14/2022), I needed urgent surgery in Dubai on 11/20/2022. KYLIE WAS AMAZING I was skeptical at first, never used a customer service agent to assist my reservation. I had a difficult destination to fly into and as result was going to pay double the cost. However Kylie my assigned agent did her research and found another airport which was close by and saved me $1000 dollars.
