Same nonsense as the other reviewers Same nonsense as the other reviewers. As soon as I booked my tickets, I got a call saying that they will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra. Cancelled the booking, not using them ever again. Reply to Destina - If you spend more than 2 seconds actually reading my review it says 'they (i.e. Destina) will not confirm the booking unless I pay CAD 400 extra'. You can say whatever about your policies since no one can verify it but I still have the initial email that provides booking details.

Betty, my Customer support, was great throughout the whole booking process! She and the team provided continuous updates with the development of the reservation!
