Misinformation My original flight was Spirit was canceled just before boarding. I had to rebook one way tickets. Trust fares helped with the trip home. The first flight they booked me on had some kind of situation so I had to be bumped from that flight and rebooked to an earlier flight. That flight went from Fort Myers to Chicago to Cincinnati. I was only going to Chicago when the agents check my tickets at the gate they gave me a lot of trouble because they accuse me of Fraud and trying to buy cheaper tickets by taking the flight to Cincinnati and getting off in Chicago. They didn't have room for my carry-ons so they had to be checked and they would not send them to Chicago they were sending them to Cincinnati and told me to file a claim to get them back from Cincinnati. Very distressing

Total scam site Total scam site. We purchased tickets for around $200 and was charged and received a confirmation email. Later they sent us an email to call them which when we did, they said the tickets at that price were no longer available and they tried to give us alternate times, flights, and dates... For $1,000 more. When we said no, we want the tickets at the same price we were charged and do no want to pay an additional $1000, they kept trying to throw in an additional carry on or other smaller things but we repeatedly rejected the changes and asked for a confirmation of the refund. Instead they sent a confirmation for the changes and the additional $1000 cost. After many times more of rejecting changes and demanding a refund, we gave up and will have to cancel our card to stop the payment. Do not trust these people, it's a total scam.
