I have been trying to send a review but… I have been trying to send a review but when it comes to retrieving a code on email we’ll I can retry it but then cannot get back to review to enter it. I would like to add to my review. Jerry was very helpful in putting my mind at ease as I was very skeptical as I had never heard about Roaming mood even the name is skeptical but after talking directly to him and another agent put my mind at ease. Why calling Delta direct to purchase ticket is twice the price. I was sent my E tickets so I’m confident my trip should b great. I’ll write another review after my trip and hope my experience will put others at ease. Thank you Jerry and the other agent

DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY OF THOSE POSITIVE… DON'T BELIEVE IN ANY OF THOSE POSITIVE REVIEWS! THEY DON'T HONOR CONTRACTS AND THEY ACT AS A BETTING SITE AND THEY ARE NOT! RUN AWAY FROM THIS SCAM They are lying in their response! I used an international debit card which would credit them immediately! They want a money transfer so that a client cannot have any way to defend him/herself against an USURPATION of money! They want make you sign that you agree with a possible complete lost of your money, in case the company cancels the flight !

Lenny was awesome Lenny was awesome, he warranty me my price over my booking and also mentioned I was going to receive my boarding passes and I received those in less than one hour. Great customer service experience and great price deals for flights.
