Excellent service! Excellent service from this travel agency, especially from John. At first I was unsure about bookings but he has helped massively to book our family flight for a great deal. I would highly recommend this service because it is very easy and reliable!

This company is fraudulent and a Scam This company is fraudulent and a Scam. Mike Smith gave me my instalment breakdown of my bookings to Fiji and I started the payment from May 2023 until September 2023 and the deadline payment is 10 October 2023. I complete payments well before due date..He pretends to have booked the flight initially once I have paid the deposit and I did clear the payment. My total cost of 6 tickets was £9200. Only to be told that the said flight was unavailable on the day after I fully paid the tickets.He said to pay additional £2000 for another date because the original date is not available .I was disappointed by the turn of events as it doesn't make sense to pay installments then be told of last minute changes!I asked for my refund and was paid £7700 and £1500 for the Cancellation charges which is not my problem anyway. And worse is Mike didn’t even mention any cancellation charges from the start of the bookings. I think this is a fake company website that never works only shows errors. Be careful and beware of this website.
