PTVery satisfied HotelRunner Channel manager is a very easy to use product (both web and mobile). From the first setup, there were never any problems. It is an all in one system: booking manager, channel manager, booking engine, website. It is interconnected with all booking channels; thus, overbookings are over! I rarely spoke (I also rarely had problems) with support, but they were always available and quick to help.

AZHotelRunner provides great online… HotelRunner provides great online solutions for hoteliers. We increased the number of online travel agencies we work thanks to HotelRunner's channel manager. We manage our rates and inventories easily through desktop or mobile devices. They provide support service even on weekends and very easy to get some help.

NLHappy customer! I have been using Hotelrunner for 2 years now and I am extremely satisfied! I use Hotelrunner as Channel manager with a link to Booking.com, among others. I also use Hotelrunner as a reservation site for my own website. Support takes a little longer but works well!

TRThe CM that brings additional business with right usage. The CM made our lives easier with global and local channels and brought business through Google Hotel Price ads. They just need to develop dashboard reports to be more effective to analyze OTA channel and Room Night and ADR performances. They still have challenges and the reporting does not work fully.

MANot satisfied with Hotlerunner! Not really happy and satisfied with Hotelrunner services: - The application of Hotelrunner doesn't function on mobile! - Many issues between agencies (platforms) connectivity and the channel manager like Mapping, availability, and calendar issues that cause Overbooking, etc... - The Monthly subscription cost every month different and high! - customer service takes always a long time to solve problems, Sometimes we don't receive a response about our requests from the person in charge!
