They did half of the work that we paid… They did half of the work that we paid for. They got our money and never followed up on informing us of flight information, who the airline was until I kept calling we didnt even get econfirmation till I called twice as to what was going on. Then they gave us Delta airlines but no seating arrangements. I called twice as to why buy tickets with no seating arrangements for my family of 5. They said they would follow up each time but never did. We finally had to call Delta airlines ourselves to get our seating arrangements. They were very eager to collect money but not finish the task.

Highly recommended Booked my tickets through Aegis Travel and I have no regrets what so ever. They made my trip suit my requirements. Reasonable prices and very good customer service. Will definately not hesitate to use them again in the future and I will also highly recommended them to everyone.

Radley was wonderful Radley was wonderful! He was most patient with all my questions and concerns over booking online. He even told me to check the better business bureau page as well as the airline page we were booking on! Can't beat the assistance and price! Seat assignments were also gotten as we wanted. Will definitely use again when we need to book!
