Virginia was an amazing tour guide Virginia was an amazing tour guide. She was fun and knowledgable. It was interesting learning about the history of the area along with the different hauntings and theory’s for why we have some of the hauntings.

Fun and informative tour This was a fun and interesting tour, but not really scary or as ghost-heavy as some other ghost tours we have been on. We had just arrived in town and wanted to do something interesting in the evening besides eat dinner. Our guide was great (I can't remember his name but he was in law school at American University), and we (my 17 year old son and his friend and me) learned some interesting things, especially about Lafayette Square. The walk was easy, about a mile, and the weather was chilly but fine when you were walking. We had a few younger kids in our tour, and we thought maybe our guide was not telling the scarier stories because of that, but we would have liked the stories to be a little creepier or more specific about the ghost sightings. Overall, it was a nice time, a great tour and entertaining.
