Deborah Riccioni at THS is AMAZING! This past week we discovered that a tournament we are attending added fields and the hotel we had booked through THS was 47 minutes from the new field. Deborah in customer service was immediately helpful when I made the call. She was professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. She devised a plan that included calling the 2 hotels that we were already booked in to see if we could get out of the contracts and she then found a hotel 5 minutes from the new field. I received both emails and calls from Deborah keeping me informed of the progress. She is someone that I would describe as very proactive and such a delight to deal with. In a world of mediocrity, Deborah is a real standout!!! THS is lucky to have her!
