Your team made great suggestions for the flights, answered emails mostly promptly and was very friendly and professional. I especially appreciated the excellent cheaper price on one business class flight. The only thing I was not informed about beforehand was that some seats did not have seat reservations and some economy flights had no luggage included. So that meant that after having paid all the tickets, we had to again spend time booking seats, buying luggage, and doing a second payment. But besides that, I was very happy with your service, would use it again if needed, and would recommend it to others too.
