They keep sending you emails to write reviews and get $20 off your next booking, then when you try to redeem your discount they simply block your account and cancel your reservation without any warning. That is actually the reason why they have so many apparently good reviews on here, cause they “incentivize” customers to write them which is actually against Trustpilot T&Cs. Also the phone number provided doesn’t not work - it will ask you to send and email no matter if it is an urgent matter or not. And you’re lucky if they actually even reply your email.
