Punta Cana Adventures Horseback Ride Punta Cana Adventures was an awesome company to deal with, their customer service was top notch, we booked a Horseback Ride for 3 and 2 days later needed to add an extra person the actual morning of the ride. I text/chatted the company and they immediately updated our reservation with no issues. The whole excursion process with them was seamless!! I highly recommend using this company, there are alot of sketchy companies on the island. It's worth it to use the BEST. Mark

Highly recommend this company Highly recommend this company. Great communication before and after our tours. We were a family of 7 adults and 3 young children. We went on Dolphin Encounter/ Swim and small private boat tour. AMAZING! Thank you Gianni and team . Wonderful memories.

Dolphin Royal Swim We did the dolphin royal swim and it was excellent- all ran smoothly and went without a hitch. My only (very small) complaint was that it would have been good to know how much the pictures are ahead of time, but I probably should have asked. They were very expensive and we didn’t end up getting any. Gianni and team were flexible and understanding when my son was sick the evening before our tour. They rescheduled it with no issues and were always very responsive.

The tour was great The tour was great! Communication and transfers was amazing and spot on. We were lucky enough to see 2 whales a few times. Only 1 downfall, even though the whales are in a national park the rules of 3 boats at a time wasn’t adhered to which made it feel as though we were bothering the whales too much in the natural habitat. Apart from that everyone else was amazing and our tour guide was brilliant.
