Beautiful day full of visits It was a beautiful day full of visits. We started the day with a hot air balloon trip. After landing, we headed to the west bank of Luxor to visit the Valley of the Kings. Then we went to the Temple of Hatshepsut and the Colossus of Memnon. We ate food at a wonderful local restaurant. Then we explored the beauty of Luxor and its landscapes through a felucca tour. Then we went to the Karnak Temple and the Temple of Memnon. Luxor, and we took a lot of souvenir photos, and finally we were delivered to our hotel. During the whole trip, communication with the staff was wonderful and fast. Thanks to the staff and to Merna. TERRIBLE at maximum level This is a terrible agency. I have booked a 1 day tour from Sharm to Cairo. The Visa was not included in the package, so we had to go to the airport and do one. A day and a half from the pick up I have no news on pickup, flight schedule, nothing.. i write to the contact center to ask for info and they tell me I have to cancel the tour as there are no flights that fit their schedule (I have to cancel? Not them). So basically I have no way to make my tour, I’ve spent 2h and 28€ each to do the VISA for Cairo. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Just incredibly terrible. I can’t understand how GetYourGuide can accept this. Waiting to see what happens with the refund (total money for 4 pax 1.120€).. let’s see

Wonderful program We had a 3 days-2 nights nile cruise trip from Aswan to Luxor. It was very interesting and comfortable. There were many programs in the package we enjoyed very much. For example hot air ballon in Luxor and it was amazing, Edfu, Kom Ombo, and Abu Simbel. The communication with Nice Tours was perfect. My communication assistant merna was very kind and helpful. We could speak always on WhatsApp that she was available all the time thanks nice tours I strongly recommend this trip

Without doubt!!! Without doubt!!! one of the most beautiful site visits we have done. This visit was organized during the evening , therefore the light show in this temple was unforgettable .This trip was very well organized . From the pick up at our hotel to the return to our hotel . And the person who connected with us was very friendly and available all day

Experience for the first time I booked a hot air balloon flight, and it was one of the most wonderful experiences that I did for the first time, as I flew in the sky of the western mainland in Luxor Governorate, and I really enjoyed the flight on the first adventure trip in Egypt over the temples and pharaonic tombs, the charming nature and the strip of the Nile River, and I took many beautiful pictures Communication was professional.
