Guides were always on time multilingual and always willing to assist inform and help. Logistics of entire trip was planned impeccably. Very efficient use of time. Well worth the price and experience. I really can't say much because there… I really can't say much because there are no words to compare the awesome services we got from travel verse. I was expecting a hitch but surprisingly NONE. Everything about our trip was perfect. From the communication with Sagar to the airport pickup to the tourism and till we got dropped off, it was 5-star all through. Turkey trip !! My sister and I enjoyed a journey all through Turkey arranged by Travel Verse. They provided excellent tours, guides, transportation, and contacts. From the time of arrival to the time of departure we had the support of a representative. They were there for us 24-7 if we needed them. I was a little hesitant when booking this trip, but I took my chance and didn't regret it. Our tour consultant, Mina Ramsies was fantastic, they arranged our trip from the time I landed in Turkey til the end and had responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. Everything went smooth without any problems and knowing how everything went great. I will definitely use this travel agency again. We had an amazing journey through Istanbul, Cappadocia and Izmir. Quality from step A to Z It was excellently done! After asking about a trip I received a phone call to discuss my likes and dislikes, what exactly my family wanted to do, the usual trip booking experience. What made this one unique was that when things became a bit demanding and complicated the agent was understanding every step of the way, we even all of our needs were met and fulfilled. Our trip was well thought out and seeing as how we were a bit demanding I know that it was customized just for us.
