A brilliant trip well planned We had a brilliant experience with Mina Ramsies tour consultant / Ahmed Bahaa tour leader / Ibrahim Driver / Guide Mido. Each had an important role in making our trip enjoyable and interesting. They were SO responsive when we had to make changes to our itinerary. Great work by each of them, they represented their work and company so well. Special thanks to both Mina and Ahmed, we asked a lot of each of them and they were outstanding tending to us. I am a Travel Specialist and I worked… I am a Travel Specialist and I worked with Yosri Abdallah, Head of Sales, Dubai, at Memphis Tours - for 10 months - to organize my group of 75 to do a tour of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Working with such a big group was challenging but Yosri and his team are experts and they made the task seamless, professional and enjoyable. My group returned home with wonderful memories and photographs to accompany their experiences. We were also blessed to have two great and compassionate tour guides (GeGe and Charlie) who went above and beyond to make sure that each and every member of my group enjoyed the time they spent on vacation. Not forgetting our 3 drivers who drove us from place to place safely. In all, it was a wonderful experience despite the pandemic. We all stayed safe and returned home in great health. Thank you!

Very good experience I booked my tour package with Travelverse.com, the tour specialist was very responsive and applied all of my customized requests, I joined an English group tour from USA and it was amazing experience, they booked for me the accommodation I at El Khoory hotel, it was very nice and service was great, my only comment that it was hard at the beginning to find my tour leader upon my arrival to Dubai Airport, but he found me. Mina Ramsies is a superb Travel… Mina Ramsies is a superb Travel organizer. Communication and trip details were on spot and Mina was always available to clarify. The trip to Morrocco was an unbelievable experience. The driver/tour guides were all very courteous and showed us great places. The accommodation (I took the Diamond Package) was simply amazing. Travel Verse crew exceeded my expectation in arranging this tour for me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, they are legit.

The whole tour was expertly organised The whole tour was expertly organised. All staff involved in the planning / prior to arrival in Mexico, were very helpful and accommodating. We were aware of any possible alterations to the tour and were assisted in arranging accommodation in a particular hotel we had long hoped to stay in (Gran Ciudad de Mexico) at a reduced price. The accommodation in Cancun (Now Emerald Hotel) was equally marvelous and ideal for a holiday. The tours too were also well arranged, the guides and drivers were always friendly and knowledgeable and there was plenty to see on such excursions to Teotihuacan, Tulum, Chichen Itza and the day cruise (party boat) on the Caribbean.
