False promises that they dont keep The only reason I used this service is the be seated next to my child and the prices quoted were a little more than online deals. The agent promised to get this done as seats were available. But I got seats 21B, 22B, 28B, 29B. These are not what he promised. He said he'll get 2 in the first row and 2 in the next row. I ended up paying additional for preferred seating. I would have surely got better deals if I used a different service. I was fine with paying more than what I saw online, but its a waste.

I saved almost $100 for the same flight that other top rated websites advertised as cheap flight. Customer service is great, Mr. Anoj, the representative was really cooperative and provided all the helpful information. I was about to book the flight reservation through an air ticket website and I called cheap air ticketz to check the price for the same flight. They offered me best price the lowest price and I saved like $100. I hope that a future reader will find the info useful.

One of the best travel agent Due to some personal issues I had a situation of booking the tickets within few hours and flight has to be in next 24 hours and the guy call Sam was amazingly great and worked with me and found me the tickets. The story didn't end there... if we didn't get all the documents then might end up canceling the trip too and until the last minute of boring he worked with me for keeping the reservation or cancellations... really appreciate your services in unfortunate events.. thanks again and keep the good work. Absolutely fantastic Selena went out of her way to ensure I get the best travel itenary for a last minute trip - I was skeptical about the trip happening keeping in mind it's the holiday season & the fact that I'd spoken to tens of other agents throughout the day without any success - but Selena came through... I truly believe she should be promoted to management where she can train & coach other customer service agents to deliver with excellence - with employees such as Selena, your company is bound to be successful!!
