GBExcellent service provided by… Such excellent service provided by Flight Portal from our first contact with Rosie to our current ongoing travel needs with Fatima. Rosie was kind and patient as she spent considerable time arranging the best of flights and price. During the trip, we unexpectedly required more assistance due to illness. We were feeling helpless, but Fatima came to the rescue. With her expertise and knowledge she rebooked us and is now continuing to be calm, responsive, and reassuring as we await clearance to return home.
