Not just another booking site! At first I assumed Roomongo was just another fish in the big sea of booking sites though after booking our first trip with them realized that they are so much more than that and really deserve your business. They've had great prices (most important for us) and their customer service is off the charts compared to so many businesses in 2023. Online chat response is immediate, professional, and knowledgeable. Their site keeps getting better and better too. They personally call every hotel you make a reservation for to ensure your booking has been double confirmed. Really enjoyed our experience and will keep using them as often as we can!

!!Stellar Customer Service & Pricing!! Patrick O'Hara customer service is amazing!! I have never worked with travel representative with such stellar service. Because of this he has won me over! For years I've been doing this myself due to the lack of travel representative service and the extra fees I knew I could do it myself, but now I don't have to....Yay!! he found for us for Xcaret Arte could not be match by any other site!! Trust me I do my home work and Patrick, not me found an incredible price for our stay. We went in this past Feb., 2022 see the pic for this most amazing AI resort.

Thanks Roomongo! I found roomongo’s website easy to use, and very helpful in finding a Hotel at a good price. I was looking for accommodations in a highly sought after destination for summer travel, I was not finding options through other websites! I called Roomongo customer service for assistance and someone answered immediately and was able to help me! I enjoyed using Roomongo I enjoyed using Roomongo! The rates were great and the site was user friendly. I had one question that was purely my user error and the customer service was super quick and friendly in helping me. We easily booked multiple stays that helped with youth tournaments and vacation stays. It is so nice to have another option to book stays!
