Life long memories Life long memories. One of the best experiences ever. Great organisation and communication from the start. Coach bang on time, and took off in the heli on time too. Our pilot Mike (mad-dog) was honestly incredible. So knowledgeable, funny, and just a complete all round legend. Music, commentary throughout the experience was just amazing. He even gave us a (mad dog) mini extended tour cus “the vibes were good”. Above and beyond to make it special for us, hero. If you come to vegas you have to do this tour via chopper. 6 stars!

Rim Tour Landing Fun times were had by all. Great experience from start to finish, out shuttle driver was great and we loved our pilot Manny!! Don’t waste anymore time researching other companies, 5 Star is top notch and you will feel like you have your own private tour even with others on your trip!! Excellent customer service and overall a great tour. Ask for Manny when you book, you want be disappointed!!

Would give zero stars Would give zero stars. Where made aware of a restriction that had not been disclosed at an earlier time, no refunds. Said they would see if they could do something. Said for and hour and a half before finally leaving.

The helicopter ride itself was cool The helicopter ride itself was cool, however we sat on the right side of the helicopter in the back so I honestly feel like we got cheated of the experience. We couldn't see over the other couple that sat on the left of the helicopter which is where the view of all the sights were. I understand that there's a flight route that has to be followed but for $100+ & 10 minutes, I would have at least felt better if I could have actually captured the moment! I feel like we were slighted 😡

Wonderful trip with beautiful aerial… Wonderful trip with beautiful aerial views of the canyon, Lake Mead, and the Hoover Dam. Back seats a smidge tight, but it is a helicopter, not a large plane. Good narration of history of area. Beautiful spot to land and take in the Valley of Fire and have a toast of champagne (or non-alcoholic beverage). Nice transportation to/from terminal. Well worth it!
