The booking providers are elegant The booking providers are elegant, im requested them for immediate help to team and they respond me well on email as well as via phone contact. I didn't remember carefully but they send me updated flight and hotel in just 3 hours after the request. Moreover the system is authentic send me valid code for my card payments so that I have found secure payment method. There is no hidden charges like tax and service fees, I guess 15 bucks for flight itinerary and same for hotel reservations they also have combo offers that will same alot of income I will definitely check them future or try to luck my chance with different countries if the world. I know its quite difficult but there is no problem to try again and again Thanks

Punctual and helpful They deliver on their promises as I got my flight reservation in the expected time frame. Also, I needed help and they immediately went to working on it. I appreciate the time and effort they have given to give exactly what I needed.

Not a good experience The response from team is very slow. They commit 2 hrs delivery, however they deliver the next day, which is fine. The hotel booking they provided were not accepted by VFS as they require booking from Booking.com site or from hotel directedly (which is not BRFV fault). During the application process, they somehow canceled the flight booking, which then was reinstated after I put positive feedback about them on this site (they literally blackmailed me for that).
