Helpful personal! This is the second time that Eric has help me book flights to and from Atlanta. He has been very willing to answers question, go over items just to make sure you get the correct flight information! I will definitly use this service again and again, as long as Eric is helping me!

Cancellation turned into BOOKING…. Just as I was about to give up and cancel my online booking Mickey came through and saved the day. Mickey went ABOVE and BEYOND to find a flight that accommodated my inflexible travel date and time when my chosen one was overbooked. He gave me several options and explained things in detail keeping me posted along the process. He also added travel insurance to my flight at no added cost and made sure our seats were assigned in advance since I was traveling with children. In the end he made it happen and now my family will be going to Hawaii after all. A HUGE THANK YOU to Mickey for his EXCELLENT customer service!!!

Classic bait and switch Classic bait and switch. I used flight fare hub for two tickets to Rome basic economy on Delta. I get a call within an hour of booking stating that is no longer available at that price. We do have economy though available for that same price for $400 more. When I bought the tickets, it said five tickets left. Deceptive prices. Buyer beware!
