They have confirmed the course , accepted payment, at arrival thery were only able to provide "standard english" with poor justification by placing the fault on the school.

I highly recommend "A door to Italy". I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Genoa while studying Italian with "A door to Italy". I found the staff to be helpful and caring while always available to answer my questions or inquiries.
