The team was always available and quick at answering all my questions. Through them I also had the opportunity to extend my course even after the first week, without any problem. I would really raccomand it to everyone looking for great assistance!

Atelier 9- awful had a good service from the agency Language International- they were quick to respond to queries. However, they need to do a little bit more due diligence around the language schools they promote. I attempted to join Aterlier 9 Language school in Paris- their organisation was not appalling, they didn't answer my emails and consequently couldn't change my class. It was also a very strange class from set up, not conducive to learning. Mind you, the teacher I had, even if it was the wrong level for me, was very good.

And the 1:1 classes at the local language university were engaging. It is a SCAM It is a SCAM. I highly descourage anyone from dealing with this organization. They will advertise much lower prices and after you make payment they will say the course actually costs way more. If you ask refund they will not reimburse the full amount and will stop communicate with you.
