Atelier 9- awful had a good service from the agency Language International- they were quick to respond to queries. However, they need to do a little bit more due diligence around the language schools they promote. I attempted to join Aterlier 9 Language school in Paris- their organisation was not appalling, they didn't answer my emails and consequently couldn't change my class. It was also a very strange class from set up, not conducive to learning. Mind you, the teacher I had, even if it was the wrong level for me, was very good.

I found the staff to be helpful and caring while always available to answer my questions or inquiries. The same could be said about my teacher who was able to provide challenging course materials which allowed to progress out of my comfort zone. They offer very good service for exploring a new language in a city that you prefer I have used the service of Language International for three times already. This is the third time, including the study of French in Bordeaux of France, Japanese in Kyoto of Japan and Italian in Florence of Italy. All schools are conveniently located and professional in providing the language study in a friendly and efficient environment. I will certainly use their service again when I want to explore the next language and city I want to explore. A trust worthy language institute. Highly recommended.!
