The assistant Joseph Martin helped me through the whole process. He managed to get me the best possible deal for my upcoming trip. I am coming from the Europe, where we don't have this practice as you have here in the US - confirming your travel plans via phone by giving your personal and financial information. I was suspicious and reluctant at first, but Martin gave me all the reasoning and explanations for why he needs this information and what the next steps will be. He was understanding and supportive.
