Everyone who attended me was very nice… Everyone who attended me was very nice and as helpful as could be. My experience however, was rather difficult. Why? Tristan, the first helper, got sick and needed to leave without passing on his info to another, James, very nice, doesn't have enough experience to help customers yet. We spent a long time before transferring me to Xavier, who solved my trip schedule. I later spoke with Ronnie on a different call, and he was also very nice and helpful. A few problems, a lot of good will. I recommend this company! Terri
