DO NOT USE DESTINALI DO NOT USE DESTINALI. We lost all of the money sent to him and he never sent our Nigeria visa. I should have listened to the negative reviews, but there were enough positive ones that convinced me, and the owner was responding immediately - until we paid him. I had read that there was a change in ownership and the "new owner" was better than the older negative reviews, but this is not the case - Celestine Davids is the owner and he did not follow through with his service. Once we paid him, kept telling us to keep waiting and eventually ignored all calls/texts/emails, even though he was reading them. Do not use Destinali for a Nigeria visa on arrival.
