GBThere was a lot of trouble with baggage… There was a lot of trouble with baggage on the trip. According to my teacher, this was the first time this problem arose in all her years traveling with Peak Performance Tours. Hopefully they fix this in the future.

GBWonderful Experience Our first experience with Peak Performance could not have been better. Our school's first international trip was to Quebec City, Canada and it was handled perfectly from beginning to end by Bruce at Peak. He guided me through every step of the process and was always available for my many, MANY questions! The itinerary in Canada was letter perfect and pleased all 20 of our student travelers. Accommodations in Quebec City were superior, as were the choices of restaurants for dinners. The trip was topped off by the guide for our stay who interacted extremely well with the students and provided excellent and thorough information on the many sites visited. Peak Tours will, in the future, be my only choice for international travel.

GBI would have give it 5 stars except for… I would have give it 5 stars except for the driver. He just would NOT shut up the entire trip, even interrupting conversations. Good bus driver, but needs a muzzle.

GBHigh School trip to Florence, Venice and Rome. My daughter’s High School used Peak Performance Tours for a trip to the Italian Trifecta. The itinerary was incredibly planned and executed. The accommodations were wonderful and the trip ran incredibly smoothly for all. I could not recommend this company enough for your future travel plans.

GBMy daughter had dislocated her kneecap… My daughter had dislocated her kneecap prior to the event. While I can understand Peak Tours not being notified ahead of time that she would be in a wheelchair, when we discovered that she was placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator there was absolutely no attempt to move us. The solution was that the wheelchair could be housed in the tour representatives' room and we could make daily arrangements to pick it up. I was forced to carry the wheelchair up two flights of stairs every single day, multiple times a day. In addition, the foot rests of the wheelchair were lost due to a crazy experience at the airport. We were forced to rush in and check in. The foot rests were in the bus in the upper compartment and were left. While Peak dialed the bus company that just left, there was no follow up. We never received the foot rests to the chair, making it virtually unusable. Other things like a 4 hour wait in the Baltimore airport with middle schoolers was not the ideal arrangements.
