The Colombian Trip is great. Andrea at The Colombian Trip planned a private 2 week trip for us to Colombia over Christmas and New Years. From the very beginning she was great. We started with one of their suggested itineraries and made changes based on our interests. Andrea was very helpful in suggestions for sites to visit. She was very prompt in answering all of our questions and concerns. All of the drivers and guides were great. They were always on time to pick us up at the airport or for daily tours. The guides were very knowledgeable and their English was very easy to understand. They all had a passion for Colombia and were thrilled that we were visiting. We also felt very safe everywhere we went. Our hotels were also wonderful. And the food was outstanding. So what ever your interests are, Andrea will be able to tailor a trip that meets your needs. She also provided an app called Trip Plans that had our itinerary on it. It was very detailed, had our airline tickets, times for pick up, and all of the information you need for the trip. If there was ever a change it showed up on the app. For example, leaving Medellin our flight was delayed. That was the only information that we had on the monitor at the gate, but the app showed us the new departure time. We were very impressed with her and The Colombian Trip.
