GBThey actually listen to directions! Super friendly drivers that helped out immensely when I asked them to be there early so I wouldn't be late for special dinner (where I proposed). When I asked on the phone, I wasn't sure if they actually would but they came through! Thank you guys again!

GBThe pluses The pluses: cab was clean, arrived on time, driver exceptionally polite, got the airport in plenty of time for flight. The minuses: driver not as familiar with the area and wanted to take a much longer route. Was open to my input and went my route so that was good. Real issue I have is not with the delivered service but the arranged service. The web app builds in a 20% tip. When a tip is mandatory, it's not a tip. Also, tip is based not on base price but base price+taxes, so the actual tip is significantly higher. It's a very steep price in the end for something that isn't a black car/limo service..
