Brilliant Service Brilliant company and brilliant customer service. Was tended to as supposed when I called regarding a booking. The agent was very polite and reassuring. Was issue was fixed very swiftly and would book through them again.

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. They forgot to ask us for the balance of the cost, and are never available on the phone. Having finally received the E-ticket, they have booked our return flight for five hours BEFORE we are allowed to disembark! A true shambles with no one to speak to! We will never use them again.......

Would have given 'no stars' if this was an option If there was a no star I would have chosen this. They advertise fab deals but when you come to book, those deals are bogus and keep adding costs on. Our booking was messed up, our pre cruise stay in USA has ended up one day less because of their mistake and now its been a nightmare to sort out. The customer service is dreadful, you cant speak to anyone if you are unhappy and they don't reply to emails. Contacted Citizens Advice who have suggested I complain to ABTA which I am planning. Cant trust the holiday will be without issues and too much money to chance it!
